NASM CPT CFSC Level 1 and Level 2 BS Public Health and Biology
Originally from Biddeford, Maine, I played softball at Curry College. Through a hip injury I discovered strength training for injury prevention and never looked back! About: I was born and raised in Biddeford, Maine where my parents threw me into field hockey, basketball and softball from the beginning. I loved each sport individually but after two major surgeries I directed all of my attention towards softball. I went to Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts where I continued to play softball and got a degree in Public Health and Biology and graduated in 2021. My boyfriend and I moved to Beverly in 2023 for a new scenery and are now living in Weymouth with our dachshund Dunkin. Feats of Strength: Played Softball at Curry College Won a high school state championship in softball Played field hockey, basketball, and softball through high school
My turning point for fitness occurred early in high school where I spent what felt like most of my life in physical therapy. I battled through many injuries including two torn labrum’s and hip surgery at just 16 and 17 years old. I saw the benefits of injury prevention and the actions I could take to further my athletic abilities. After Covid altered my college experience I spent my senior year becoming certified as a personal training and ran with it ever since. In 2023 I completed a 3 month internship with Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning which exposed me to some of the top athletes in the state of Massachusetts. I feel beyond lucky to help the next generation and love meeting everybody here at Magnitude!
I strive to be a positive role model to the athletes I work with and the biggest cheerleader for adult population as well. Knowing how much fitness has affected my life, my passion is to bring that feeling to others and guide them through their journey!
