At Magnitude Strength & Power we develop well-rounded athletes, and drive our youth and adult clientele to get the most out of their sport, and even their daily life activities. Our workouts are designed and expertly coached to improve mobility, develop agility and power, and increase strength and endurance. Coaching is central to everything we do, so we never stop working on delivering the best workout and coaching experience to our clients. Our coaches work and grow together as a team, meeting weekly, educating one another, and attending workshops and trainings together. Education and development is our sport.
