About Coach

I grew up playing a variety of sports but discovered my love for lacrosse in sixth grade. In high school, I began my club career with Aces while balancing lacrosse, volleyball, track and field, and academics at Plymouth North. By my senior year, our lacrosse team at PNHS had broken records and reached the second round of the MIAA playoffs for the first time in school history. My time with Aces helped me earn the opportunity to continue playing lacrosse while pursuing my degree in Exercise Science at the University of Mount Olive. Over four years competing at the Division II level, I served as a two-time team captain and helped lead the program to three consecutive conference championships, an NCAA appearance in 2025, and consistent Top 20 rankings. I also served as the President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, advocating for UMO student-athletes at the conference level. Outside of athletics, I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, spending time at the beach, and hanging out with friends and family!

Turning Point

As an athlete, I’ve always been drawn to a career focused on helping others, both physically and mentally. In high school, I applied and was accepted into the Allied Health program at Plymouth North High School, where I gained clinical experience in nursing, earned my CNA license, and completed a year-long internship with a local pediatric physical therapist. These experiences helped me discover my true passion for exercise science, the perfect blend of healthcare and sports. As my end of my college career approached, I was unsure of my next steps until I discovered Magnitude’s internship program. After completing the summer internship, I knew fitness was the path I wanted to pursue, and I can confidently say I made the right decision.

Motivation & Passion

My passion for coaching comes from wanting athletes to feel good, build confidence, and recognize their full potential. As an athlete myself, I understand how easy it is to get caught up in outside expectations, social media, and the pressure to look or perform a certain way. My goal as a coach is to help athletes focus on their individual progress, celebrate both small and big wins, and understand the importance of prioritizing health. I believe this starts with building consistent, healthy habits, and there is nothing more rewarding than helping athletes grow into the best versions of themselves, both in and out of sport.
