Our Magnitude Speed Training Program focuses on developing foot speed, landing mechanics, foot placement, running/sprinting mechanics, stopping/starting, multi-directional movement and speed work. Each week the athletes will test various different distances as well as 10yd, 40yd and 5-10-5yd testing protocols. This program is designed for the athlete who needs to work directly on their sprinting mechanics, sprinting efficiency/economy, explosiveness and first step mechanics.
